Online Booking is available to patients who have seen Tavia in the past & new prenatal and postnatal patients at this time. Tavia is also accepting new Healthcare professional referred patients. If you are referred by a healthcare professional, please make sure to let us know who referred you in the notes section of your appointment or when adding yourself to the waitlist. If you do not fit into these categories, but would like to speak with us about your individual, unique situation, please email (hello@ohanahealth.ca), call or text (250-889-4551)

Please add yourself to the waitlist if there are no appointments currently available. Cancellation do happen, and we do our best to get you in as soon as possible.

Masks are NO LONGER REQUIRED in the clinic. Before your appointment you will be emailed a Wellness Questionnaire that must be complete and submitted prior to your arrival. In this questionnaire you can specify if you would prefer to continue both yourself and your practitioner wear masks or go without. If you or anyone in your home are sick, even if the symptoms are mild, please use your best judgement, and contact your RMT to have a conversation about comfort levels. If you need to cancel, your appointment will be rescheduled when it is safe and you will not be charged a cancellation fee in this instance.

Tavia Cowie
(She/Her/Hers) BA, RMT

Tavia has live in the hub city since 2017, relocating from to Victoria, BC. She and her husband have two wonderful children and a happy dog (who may pop into the clinic on occasion to wag hello). Outside of work and family, she enjoys exploring and discovering Vancouver Island and has a love for sewing, cooking, DIY, interior design, baseball and swimming.

Tavia is passionate about many different branches of Registered Massage Therapy, however she holds a special place for women’s health including pre- and post-natal care. Holding space for those who need it most is a foundation for Ohana Health. Tavia uses a variety of modalities, including both passive and active techniques to attain the best results possible, and every treatment is tailored to the specific patient on that particular day after an assessment or check in.

The reality of Ohana Health has been such a joy to create! She cannot wait to help you achieve your health and wellness goals, and hopes you find the clinic a safe and comforting space.
